Fitball classes are a popular training tool in numerous areas and for all ages.
Hobart PCYC’s Senior Fitball class is a great way to improve stability and balance for your body while also building up your core strength steadily. This class is tailored for seniors but works well for people for all age groups.
Classes may typically involve the use of other equipment e.g. weights, bands, balls and partner work. Fitball classes are also enjoyed as a complimentary program to other fitness programs.
