Our sessions are structured to allow Beginners, Intermediates, Experienced, and Coaches, to participate, learn and advance their skills. Our Boxing classes take from 15 years and onwards for men and women, boys and girls.
This system of training teaches you from the basics of footwork, punches, combinations, defence techniques - towards advanced skill and fitness levels. We use this model of teaching the basics in boxing as the core of everything that you will do. It also gives you the chance to see how well you are progressing.
We understand that training in a competition boxing style is not what some, so we cater for those who just want to try their hand for purposes of self-defence, confidence and of course, fitness.
Adult - $60 per year
Student/Concession - $40 per year
Casual - $13

Child (U/15yrs) - $5
Please wear appropriate exercise clothing, no offensive T-shirts or thongs (running shoes only). Please remove any Jewellery before participating.
